There may be furnishings and decor already in place for use in the recommended style and staging of the listing. Other pieces may be recommended to store, repurpose or remove for additional space or cohesion. Additional furnishing, linens, decor, lighting, rugs, and window treatments are sourced budget dependent, to align with the ideal guest appeal. This styling option may include sourcing furnishings, ordering, styling, and staging. This option entails time and effort on the owner/host's part or their designee for receipt of goods, removal / storage of existing pieces, and remote detailed photo documentation. This is likely a combination of remote and onsite work effort, though is dependent on property location, stylist bandwidth, and budget. Any onsite work effort is discussed and scheduled in advance of any purchases and is only confirmed upon contract execution and professional fee deposit. discussion in advance of scheduling and location is required.
This service covers up to 4 hrs. of consultation and installation time per room. In the event more time is required we will initiate an extension proposal. Service time per room is a combination of time spent on virtual walkthroughs, measurements, client meetings (via Zoom, phone, email) and includes ordering and staging. The responsibility of the owner with this offering includes furnishing assembly and debris haul away, as well as storage or existing pieces to be removed. This service refers to the staging and design for outdoor areas meant for lounging based upon the existing hard and soft scape prescribed for entertainment. Our professional fees for this service start at $1995 and scale up from there.
AIRBNB STAGING SCOPE OF WORK
This e-design remote service entails Seersucker Cottage reviewing a listing in detail along with listing photos and current detailed photos after phone consultation. For owners not looking to furnish or willing to overhaul, this option appeals to an owner wanting the listing to have personality through coastal appeal aligned with a Seersucker Cottage look book for remote staging plan and professional photo checklist. Photographer sourcing and scheduling is an optional add on to bring your listing to market even faster.
This is the option for the owner who wants professional interior photography that leans toward guest appeal to generate listing views. the up style for guest appeal gives guests a sense of your listing we help cultivate for more personalized hosting. The Seersucker Cottage deliverable is a self-staging plan which includes: a 48-hour prep checklist before photos, a shot list for your listing to work with the photographer on, and staging plan. This service covers up to 2 hrs. of consultation and staging time per room. In the event more time is required we will initiate follow up through extension retainer.
Seersucker Cottage uses a project based flat fee for professional services, including staging. The self-staging plan service offering fee starts at $475 and scale up based property size, rooms and space, existing relevant furnishings and decor, travel cots, timeline and current state of the overall property.
Add on service:
Seersucker Cottage can provide a sourcing list for furniture, furnishings and equipment with URL listings for client self purchase. The sourcing is additional based on hourly rate to the flat fee of Staging Service. Any other hourly consulting is by request and based on bandwidth and client commitment to Seersucker Cottage coastal aesthetic styles.
